Fare Filing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage airfare filing for various GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, WorldSpan, and PNR reservations.
• Process cancellations, refunds, and ticket changes in accordance with IATA regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries related to flight schedules, fares, and ticketing issues via phone or email.
• Ensure accurate processing of airline tickets from booking to issuance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in air ticketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in using GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, WorldSpan.
• Strong knowledge of IATA rules and regulations regarding fare filing and ticketing processes.
