Falcon SME

3-10+ years in Fraud Risk, with strong hands-on experience in FICO Falcon Fraud Manager (FIFO Falcon).

Proven experience in Falcon implementation, upgrade projects, or version migrations.

Strong understanding of Cards/Payments fraud, authorization flows, and fraud operations.

Ability to interpret Falcon scores, reason codes, and translate them into decision logic.

Hands-on experience in strategy configuration, testing, and deployment in Falcon environments.

SQL skills for analysis; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in change management, UAT, regression testing, and strategy governance.
