Role & responsibilities

• Teach Human Resource Management subjects in the MBA Programme using classroom discussions, case studies, and practical examples.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor students and guide internships, projects, and dissertations in HR related areas.
• Support curriculum development and keep course content aligned with current industry practices.
• Contribute to research, publications, workshops, and other academic activities.
• Assist with departmental and institutional activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Teaching, research, or relevant industry experience in HR is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and organizational behaviour.
• Strong communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
• Ability to connect management concepts with practical workplace examples.
• Candidates with a Ph.D., NET qualification, or relevant academic publications will be preferred, subject to applicable institutional requirements.
