Role & responsibilities

1. Teaching and Learning

• Modern Pedagogy: Apply interactive e-learning tools, project-based learning methods, and modern teaching aids.
• Student Mentorship: Guide final-year capstone projects, technical dissertations, and research papers.
• Assessments: Design exam papers, evaluate performance, and maintain academic integrity standards.

2. Administrative and Departmental Support

• Committee Roles: Manage assigned portfolios such as the Training & Placement Cell, Alumni Network, or Student Start-up & Innovation Policy (SSIP).
• Accreditation Works: Support data preparation for quality audits, university accreditations, and regulatory bodies.
• Event Organizing: Plan and coordinate technical hackathons, faculty development programs (FDPs), workshops, and guest lectures.
