Faculty - English (Professional Communication)

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and activities related to English and Professional Communication.
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Train students in verbal and written communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and professional etiquette.
• Conduct communication activities, workshops, and skill-development sessions.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Help students improve their English language proficiency, confidence, fluency, and professional communication.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic activities, and institutional initiatives.
• Maintain effective classroom management and foster an engaging learning environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-5 years of experience in teaching/training, preferably in English, Professional Communication, or a related field.
• Masters degree in English or a relevant discipline; Ph.D./Doctorate in English or a relevant discipline preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
