Job Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day factory production and operations.
• Manage and coordinate workers and ensure proper task allocation.
• Monitor production targets, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Maintain daily production, stock, attendance, and operational records.
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, grading, packing, and dispatch of products.
• Coordinate with the management and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
• Ensure SOPs and company processes are followed properly.
• Identify operational issues and report them to management on time.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
• 0-1 years of experience in factory/production supervision, preferably in FMCG/Food Processing (Freshers also welcome with basic computer knowledge and good communication skills)

• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workers effectively.
• Female candidates only.
