About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations. Work in factory environment, managing workers, coordinating production activities and maintaining discipline, quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day factory/production activities.
• Allocate work to workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Coordinate with management regarding production requirements, manpower and operational issues.
• Ensure proper handling, movement and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor production quality and ensure that products meet the required standards.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness and safety standards within the factory.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Maintain basic production, attendance, inventory and other relevant records.
• Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams whenever required.
• Ensure machines and equipment are being operated properly and safely.
• Train and guide workers on work procedures and safety practices.
• Report production status, issues and requirements to the management on a regular basis.
• Take responsibility for the overall smooth functioning of the factory floor.
