Factory Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Role & responsibilities FACTORY SUPERVISOR

Stainless Steel / Pipe & Tube / Manufacturing Industry

• Supervise daily factory production and operations.
• Handle manpower and shift management.
• Ensure proper production planning and material handling.
• Monitor machine operations and production quality.
• Maintain production records and reporting.
• Coordinate with dispatch, stores, purchase, and management teams.
• Ensure safety procedures and factory discipline.
• Handle loading, unloading, and stock management activities.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods movement.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.

Preferred can

• Knowledge of factory operations and production supervision.
• Experience in stainless steel, pipes, or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of measurements, material sizes, and industrial handling.
• Leadership and manpower handling skills.
