We are looking for an experienced Factory / Plant Head to lead our RCC Precast Chimney Manufacturing Plant at Bavla, Ahmedabad.

Experience: 10+ Years preferred

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Civil

Industry Preference: RCC Chimney / Precast Concrete / Heavy Concrete / Civil Construction

Immediate Joiners: Preferred

Key Responsibilities Factory / Plant Head

• Take complete responsibility for overall plant operations, production, quality, safety, maintenance, manpower, and timely dispatch.
• Plan and achieve production targets in line with project requirements and delivery schedules.
• Lead the complete manufacturing process of RCC precast chimney components, including mould preparation, reinforcement, concrete batching, casting, vibration, curing, demoulding, finishing, inspection, and stacking.
• Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Manage and optimize manpower, machinery, moulds, materials, utilities, and plant resources.
• Monitor plant productivity, production cycle time, material consumption, wastage, rejection/rework, equipment downtime, and overall operating efficiency.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, process optimization, and reduction of material wastage.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, QA/QC, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, Safety, and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure proper preventive maintenance and maximum availability of plant machinery and equipment.
• Establish and maintain strong quality control systems for reinforcement, concrete, dimensions, surface finish, curing, and finished components.
• Ensure strict compliance with plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, lifting practices, and statutory safety standards.
• Lead, train, and develop the production and plant workforce to build a disciplined and productive team.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly plant performance and submit MIS/DPR and management reports.
• Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity and timely completion of production commitments.
• Take corrective and preventive actions for production, quality, manpower, machinery, and operational issues.
• Maintain overall plant discipline, operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Candidates with experience handling complete plant operations and large production teams will be preferred.
