Factory Operations Supervisor -EV Manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with assembly line teams to plan and execute shift operations, including dispatch planning and manpower handling.
  
• Monitor plant operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity.
  
• Collaborate with production engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve shop floor efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in factory operations or related field (assembly line management).
  
• Strong understanding of assembly line planning, production engineering, production management, production planning, productivity improvement techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making on shift planning, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
