We are seeking a Factory Medical Officer - Assistant Manager (Power Distribution) to ensure the health and safety of our employees in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing medical support, implementing health programs, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular health check-ups for factory employees.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols in the workplace.
• Provide first aid and medical assistance during emergencies.
• Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
• Collaborate with HR to manage workplace health programs and initiatives.
• Conduct health awareness sessions and training for employees.
• Assist in managing occupational health risks and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Medical Council of India.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety standards.
• Experience in emergency medical response and first aid.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
