Factory Manager

Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Government / Private Institute.

• Age : In the age group 40- 45 Years.

• Experience : 15-20 years in a manufacturing industry. Last 5 years in the capacity of Works in-charge.

• Experience of directly handling the following :

a) Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes e.g. casting, fabrication, machining.

b) Knowledge of various functions of factory operation,

c) Factory workers issues on a day-to-day basis to facilitate smooth, efficient operation,

d) Various statutory regulations requirement for factory operations,

e) Maintaining ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:45001 Integrated Management System

f) Factory security system,

g) Factory safety activities,

h) Monitoring of factory production activities to meet monthly targets,

i) Stores function for materials management.

j) Third party inspector for product inspection,

k) Maintenance activities for factory machineries,

l) Working experience in ERP System,

m) Experience of handling Packing & Despatch function.
