Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
• Manage overall factory operations, including production, manpower, workflow and shift activities.
• Monitor machine utilisation, production efficiency and downtime and take corrective actions to minimise losses.
• Supervise production of paper/paperboard sheeting, slitting and conversion operations as per customer
• specifications.
• Control raw-material consumption, wastage, rejection and rework to improve production efficiency and reduce
• costs.
• Manage production manpower, including operators, supervisors and helpers, and ensure proper allocation
• across shifts.
