Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations of an aseptic dairy manufacturing facility. The role will oversee Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning and HSE, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective operations while driving productivity, quality and profitability.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead overall factory operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning & HSE.
• Manage aseptic processing and Tetra Pak packaging operations.
• Drive production efficiency, OEE, productivity, yield and cost optimization.
• Manage factory budgets, operational planning and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP and food safety standards.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead teams and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and business targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Food Science / Dairy Technology / Manufacturing.
• 10+ years of experience in Dairy / Food / Beverage / FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong experience in senior plant/factory leadership.
• Experience in Aseptic Processing and Tetra Pak technology is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, maintenance, cost control and people management.
