Job Title: Factory Manager (Project Execution)

Job Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with contract scope, client specifications, and agreed requirements while delivering projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, cash-flow, invoicing, and cost-control targets.
• Manage assembly line/project execution and operations, with hands-on oversight of shop-floor activities and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate and oversee fabrication and quality activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory, regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements throughout project execution.
• Identify and promptly report/escalate technical, operational, quality, or execution-related issues to the respective Discipline Head for timely resolution.
• Coordinate closely with clients, internal departments, cross-functional teams, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely actions, deliveries, and project completion.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, address customer complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Follow and adhere to ISO Quality Management System requirements.
• Handle any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the HOD.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, preferably.
• Proven experience as a Plant Project Lead/Plant Project Manager, preferably in Water Treatment projects.
• Hands-on experience in project execution, shop-floor/assembly operations, fabrication, and sub-contractor management.
• Preferred understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.
• Knowledge of quality, statutory, regulatory, and legal compliance.
• Strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
