Factory Manager - Moraiya

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Allocate work to operators and production staff according to priorities.
• Monitor production targets, work progress, and deadlines.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Check the quality of finished and semi-finished products.
• Identify production issues and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with the Design, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure minimum material wastage and control rework.
• Maintain daily production reports and attendance records.
• Ensure workers follow company rules, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the factory.
• Train and guide operators and new production employees.
• Handle production-related problems and escalate major issues to management.
• Ensure materials are available as per production requirements.
• Monitor work quality and productivity of team members.
• Ensure all urgent and priority jobs are completed on time.
• Support management in improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
• • Good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

  • Ability to understand production drawings and measurements.
