About this role
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a leading engineering and cargo fittings company.
Key Requirements
✔ 12-18 years of manufacturing experience
✔ Minimum 5 years in Factory/Plant/Operations leadership role
✔ Experience in Fabrication, Welding, Metal Processing, Engineering Manufacturing, or Automotive Components
✔ Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, OEE, Production Planning & Continuous Improvement
✔ Strong team management and operational leadership skills
