Location: Tiruppur
Experience: 8–12+ years
B-Tex is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to independently manage a 300-machine garment manufacturing facility, handling operations from cutting to packing.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in garment factory operations.
- Proven ability to independently manage a 300-machine production unit.
- Strong IE knowledge – line balancing, SMV, productivity and capacity planning.
- Experience in production planning, manpower management and meeting delivery targets.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in export-oriented garment manufacturing preferred.
