Factory Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the garment manufacturing unit, ensuring efficient production planning and execution.
• Manage plant operations, including manpower handling, scheduling, and quality control to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements :

• 15-25 years of experience in factory operations or related field (garment manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, production operations, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and implementing effective management practices.
