Lead and manage complete factory operations including production, planning, quality, stores, and dispatch. Ensure targets, quality, and timelines are met. Manage manpower, productivity, inventory, safety, compliance while coordinating with all dept.

Required Candidate profile

Exp in factory/plant operations with strong production management and leadership. Background in furniture, modular furniture, woodworking, interiors, ability to manage multiple departments and teams.
