Factory Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Financial Management and Reporting
• Prepare, analyze, and present Monthly P&L statements, MIS, and financial reports.
• Manage monthly trial closures, annual operating plans, and budget comparisons.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics and reporting dashboards to ensure financial transparency and control. Strategic Planning and Budgeting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning processes.
• Perform detailed costing, including product costing, to optimize profitability.
• Support the formulation and execution of strategic financial plans. Compliance and Taxation
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including direct and indirect taxation.
• Ensure all accounting practices are aligned with corporate policies and legal requirements.
• Process Optimization and Automation
• Drive operational efficiency by implementing automation and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions for enhanced accounting systems.
• Supervise accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely closure of day-to-day accounting activities.

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Finalist preferred.
