About this role
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Factory Assistant to join our label manufacturing team. The candidate will support production operations, material handling, packing, quality inspection, and general factory activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates seeking a career in the printing and label manufacturing industry.
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of factory operations is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators during label production processes.
- Handle raw materials, labels, ribbons, and packaging supplies.
- Perform packing, counting, and dispatch preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
- Support quality inspection and production monitoring activities.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Support inventory and warehouse operations when required.
