Facility Executive - Soft Services

• Manage overall housekeeping and soft service operations at the site
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across office areas, meeting rooms, cafeterias, washrooms, and common areas.
• Plan, monitor, and execute the annual 52-week cleaning schedule and ensure timely completion of all deep cleaning activities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure closure of audit observations and client complaints.
• Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• Track housekeeping manpower, attendance, consumables, and service performance metrics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MIS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, dashboards).
• Prepare client presentations and monthly review reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements and company safety standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and promote safe work practices among housekeeping staff.
• Ensure proper usage of PPE, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
• Conduct induction and refresher training programs for housekeeping personnel.
• Maintain training records and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth facility operations.
• Maintain housekeeping documentation, SOPs, checklists, and audit records.
• Support client audits, certification audits, and compliance requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping teams to achieve service excellence.

Experience: 3-7 Years in Facility Management (Soft Services)
