Facility Officer - AGI Glaspac Bhongir

Role & responsibilities

Facility Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company offices, housing colonies, and guest houses.

• Water Systems: Manage the maintenance of drinking water systems, including the upkeep of coolers and scheduling regular cleaning of overhead water tanks.
• Pest Control: Supervise and coordinate facility-wide pest control activities.
• TPM/5S Implementation: Drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S methodologies to improve facility operations.

Housekeeping & Sanitation

• Operations: Direct housekeeping operations for offices, plant facilities, washrooms, and company colonies.
• Staff Supervision: Manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling, to ensure cleanliness across offices, meeting rooms, shop floors, and roads.
• Training: Conduct training programs for housekeeping personnel on cleaning standards and maintenance tasks.
• Inventory Control: Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory levels.
• Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies in all areas.

Administrative & Guest Relations

• Guest & Visitor Management: Coordinate customer visits and oversee visitor management protocols.
• Guest House & Canteen Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day operations of guest houses and company canteens.
• Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate company special events.
• Inquiry Management: Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related complaints and special service requests.

Documentation & Compliance

• ISO Documentation: Manage and maintain all required documentation related to ISO standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with 4+ years of experience in Facility Management & Administration areas.
