Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate AMCs for facility services, equipment, and systems.
• Coordinate facility activities across multiple project sites.
• Supervise housekeeping and security services, including manpower deployment, attendance, and service quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance, safety, housekeeping, security, and facility-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, site teams, and internal departments for timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and track snag lists and ensure timely closure of identified issues.
• Support pre-handover and post-handover activities and ensure facility requirements are completed before project handover.
• Coordinate with Project and CRM teams for facility and maintenance-related requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for AMCs, maintenance activities, vendors, inspections, and issue closures.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Escalate critical facility issues and delays to management with appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic site visits and provide regular updates on facility activities.
• Travel across multiple project sites as required.
