Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on, technically inclined and highly organized multitasker who can work across procurement, inventory and operations. The person should be comfortable dealing with vendors as well as training and guiding field teams.

Experience: 47 years preferred in Procurement / Facility Management / Operations / Inventory / Maintenance Coordination.

Key Skills Required

• Good knowledge of facility management and Good technical operations.
• Understanding of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil and general maintenance activities.
• Vendor sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong Excel/data management and reporting skills.
• Ability to understand and maintain inventory data.
• Training and team-handling capability.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple functions and handle multitasking responsibilities.
• Proactive, disciplined and hands-on approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. OPEX Procurement: Competitive rates, timely PO processing and timely completion of operational works.
2. Cost Optimization: Vendor negotiation and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
3. Inventory Accuracy: Accurate and updated inventory data with proper aging and valuation.
4. Inventory Utilization: Identification and reuse of old/unused materials to reduce unnecessary purchases.
5. Warrior Training: Timely training and development of new team members.
6. Daily Monitoring: Regular review of Warrior team progress and operational audit activities.
7. Reporting: Accurate and timely MIS, inventory and operational reports.
8. Vendor Management: Effective vendor coordination, follow-up and service quality.
9. Operational Compliance: Timely identification and escalation of building and equipment issues.
