Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the overall upkeep of the facility, including common areas and private spaces.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or problems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze and report on facility usage, energy consumption, and environmental impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and regulations.
