Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall facility operations and day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of MEP services, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil and other facility systems.
• Coordinate with technical and soft service teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Manage housekeeping, security, pest control and other soft services.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance and performance.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, checklists and documentation.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor AMC/vendor performance and service quality.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety and environmental standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or relevant qualification.
• 26 years of experience in Facility Management / IFM operations.
• Experience in managing technical and/or soft services.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong coordination, team-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates with experience in corporate, IT parks, commercial buildings, manufacturing or similar facilities will be preferred.
