We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end workplace operations and ensure a seamless, safe, and premium office experience. The role involves managing facility operations, vendors, compliance, budgets, workplace readiness, and support staff while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Facility Management, Workplace Operations, Hospitality, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Experience in vendor management, SLA monitoring, and contract negotiations
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills
• Ability to manage budgets, compliance, audits, and facility projects

Preferred Background:

• Managed office/coworking spaces (WeWork, Smartworks, Awfis, etc.)
• 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality operations
