Facility Manager - Prestigious Client

Job Purpose

To manage and oversee complete facility and housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, maintenance, guest satisfaction, manpower productivity, and cost control. The Facility Manager will be responsible for leading teams, managing vendors, coordinating with hotel departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility and housekeeping operations for a prestigious client.
• Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and support staff.
• Manage manpower, duty rosters, attendance, and staff performance.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and facility upkeep.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other support teams.
• Manage vendors and ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping materials, equipment, and consumables.
• Handle client requirements and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare daily/monthly operational reports for management.
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualification & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in facility management, hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or corporate facilities.
• Strong team- management and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of facility operations and housekeeping standards.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Professional appearance and client-handling ability.
