Facility Management Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise facility operations, site rounds, cleanliness, and shift handovers.
• Monitor MEP systems, including HVAC, DG, UPS, fire safety, plumbing, STP, and BMS.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and AMC vendors.
• Supervise technicians,
• Manage vendors, complaints, safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain logbooks, checklists, attendance, breakdown, and facility reports.

Required Skills

• Facility management and MEP knowledge.
• Team handling and communication skills.
• Basic MS Excel and Word knowledge.
• Emergency and vendor management skills.

Qualification & Experience

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
• 5+ years of facility management or building maintenance experience.

• Smooth operations and facility uptime.
• Timely complaint and breakdown closure.
• Preventive maintenance and compliance.
• Team productivity and accurate reporting.
