• Candidates must have 20+ years of experience.
• Candidate must have experience in Facility Operations and Facility Management.
• Candidate should have experience in House-keeping, administration and logistics
• Candidates working with big 5 Star hotel chains along with corporate facility management are preferred.
• Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures (SOPs) to ensure streamlined facilities management and operations.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate alignment among different stakeholders for decision-making
• Good experience in stakeholder management and team handling skills.
• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
