Facility Management Executive

Role & responsibilities:

1. General Administration Housekeeping Management, Canteen and Pantry Management, Guest Management, Employee Transportation.
2. Technical Asset Management:Lead preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown protocols for all critical assets, including HVAC, elevators, and electrical systems. Oversee daily operation and monitoring of MEP systems, DG sets, UPS, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
3. Environmental Compliance & Statutory Audits:Ensure 100% adherence to legal requirements, including Annual Lift Inspections, Fire System Form-B Certificates, and Electrical licenses. Oversee STP operations with specific focus on Pollution Control Board (PCB) norms and environmental audits. Manage plumbing, carpentry, and water-related services, specifically focusing on STP/WTP management.
4. Implementing Safety & Security Protocols
5. Energy Efficiency & Infrastructure Upkeep: Drive sustainability initiatives, monitor energy consumption, and implement cost-saving measures. Maintain physical office structures, furniture, electronics, and site-wide access control systems.
6. Vendor & AMC Management:Coordinate with specialized service providers, manage contract renewals, and ensure strict SLA adherence.
7. Procurement & Finance and Helpdesk & Work Orders:Manage the PR/PO cycle, verify invoices against SLAs, and maintain administrative budget tracking.
8. Audit Support & Reports:Act as the primary lead for internal/external audits, including ISO, Energy Audits, and Fire Safety Inspections. Maintain detailed records, including equipment history cards, logbooks, daily checklists, and incident reports. Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly technical and administrative MIS reports to management.
9. Business Continuity & Space Management:Assist in space planning, office seating allocations, and infrastructure relocation projects. Assistance in drafting and executing disaster recovery and emergency response plans for the facility.
10. Inventory Control:Track and audit technical spare parts, facility assets, and office supplies to ensure optimized inventory levels, Material inventory HK/Pantry/ Stationery, etc.
