Facility Executive

Role - Facility Soft Services

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping and office cleanliness
• Oversee pantry and consumables
• Coordinate and monitor vendors (cleaning, pest control, etc.)
• Ensure hygiene, safety and compliance standards
• Handle waste management and pest control schedules
• Support meeting rooms and office events
• Address employee service requests
• Maintain basic reports and service records

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2 to 8 years experience in facility/soft services in corporate setups
• Strong vendor and housekeeping management experience
• Basic knowledge of inventory and consumables management
• Good communication and coordination skills
