• Housekeeping & Hygiene: Oversee daily cleaning, pantry services, waste management, and pest control to match strict standards.
• Vendor Management: Supervise third-party contractors, track performance KPIs, and review service invoices.
• Operations & Audits: Conduct routine site inspections, manage shift rosters, and maintain inventory for cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Client Relations: Act as the main contact for occupant issues, ensuring fast ticket resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, support risk assessments, and manage emergency protocols
