Facility Executive- Technical

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all technical services, including HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, transformers, pumps, and firefighting systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facility equipment and identify maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure minimum downtime.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery as per agreed SLAs.
• Maintain records of technical assets, maintenance logs, service reports, and statutory compliance documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Support energy management initiatives and monitor utility consumption.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and resolve facility-related technical issues promptly.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and report observations with closure plans.
• Support emergency response activities and business continuity requirements.
• Manage AMC contracts and ensure timely renewal of critical services.
• Ensure all technical areas such as electrical rooms, UPS rooms, AHU rooms, and utility areas are maintained in a safe and organized condition.
