Facility Executive- Technical

Technical Operations Management

• Oversee all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and elevator systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifecycle and minimize downtime
• Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and business continuity planning

Team Leadership Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel
• Manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and vendors
• Oversee contractor performance, ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and manage annual technical services budgets

Compliance Safety

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
• Manage environmental health and safety programs
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and maintain required certifications
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and training programs

Required Qualifications Education Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
• 7-10+ years of experience in commercial facility management or technical services
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of building systems and mechanical/electrical equipment
• Understanding of building automation systems and energy management
• Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
