Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48

Responsibilities

• FE taking care of End-to-End soft services activities such as HK services and Security services with manpower vendor, and another related vendor management.
• Taking care of Event Visitor management services and requirements
• Coordinate with the vendor for Indoor plants, water supply, stationary supplies, snacks coffee tea vending machine service and etc...
• Taking care of all inventory and indent management for all soft services
• POR creation and PO Tracker
• Access card printing and tracker maintaining, and Parking stickers, Lanyards, yoyo, Signages printing
• Facility walk through, MMR, attendance for the supporting staff, snag list preparation and closer.
• Tacking care cafeteria and tuck shop operations
• Vendor contracts/agreements with JLL and support for MW workings
• Client asset management and all registers, documents, files related to client, and related to JLL vendor to be maintained properly.
• New initiatives, innovation proactive sense expected
