Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facility Executive Soft Services to manage day-to-day soft services operations at our facility in T Nagar, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping and soft services operations at the assigned facility.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, shift rosters and attendance.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper work allocation.
• Monitor cleaning standards, hygiene, grooming and overall facility upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Handle client coordination and address day-to-day operational concerns.
• Monitor consumables, cleaning materials, equipment and inventory.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, safety standards and quality procedures.
• Conduct team briefings, toolbox talks and on-the-job training.
• Track attendance, absenteeism, leave and manpower requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain required documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams whenever required.
• Handle complaints/grievances and ensure timely closure.
• Support audits, inspections and other facility-related activities.

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Facility Management / Soft Services / Housekeeping Operations.
• Experience in handling housekeeping manpower and client-facing operations.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping processes, cleaning standards and facility operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.
• Candidates with experience in corporate offices, commercial facilities, IT parks, malls or similar environments will be preferred.
