Facility Executive - Physical Security & Gen Administration

Role & responsibilities

Embark on a journey with our Administration Team and contribute significantly to achieving organizational objectives while adhering to Firm policies and procedures.

• Responsibilities include to provide administrative support to the organization.
• To Lead and provide timely reports to the Administration & Facility Management.

Knowledge of Physical Security and General Administrations • Coordinating with the various stake holders and putting the fulfilment solutions in place • Leading & monitoring the performance of staff members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets • Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected • Staff management (Security, Housekeeping and other contractors) • Operation and maintenance of equipment's like Fire Fighting and Security protection systems, Access control, CCTV management, security control systems. • Space management, Vendor management, courier management, Vendor Billing & Payments. Fixed Asset Management • Handling building and vendor compliance and Legal requirements. Internal & External Audits • Material Movement/ Key Management /Support Staff BGV & Logistic support • Personnel Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule security staff and other security personnel • Incident Response: Lead investigations into security breaches, respond to alarms and emergencies, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies like law enforcement. • Emergency Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response and coordinating drills like active shooter or fire drills • Training & Awareness: Educate employees on security protocols, policies, and best practices.
