Roles and Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Develop and implement facility management plans, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for timely project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage budgets and financial reports for facility-related expenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other facility management software.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
