About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facility Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in facility management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze data and reports to inform facility management decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of facility management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
