About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facility Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in facility management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibility - Coordinate and manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
