Role Description The Facility Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Facility Attendant is responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderly operation throughout the day. Typical tasks include inspecting facilities, reporting issues, supporting basic maintenance activities, guiding visitors, and responding to occupants requests in a courteous and timely manner. The role also involves coordinating with facility management and security teams, documenting daily activities, and following company policies and safety procedures. The Facility Attendant is expected to be punctual, dependable, and prepared to work flexible shifts as required by operational needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations to support day-to-day upkeep and coordination of the premises.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and team members.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in facility or building operations, knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, ability to stand or walk for extended periods, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
