Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting business data to support management decision-making. The role involves generating periodic reports, ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify information.
• Generate performance reports for management review.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data management policies.
