Core Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment regularly to spot repair needs and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Team Management: Supervise maintenance and cleaning staff, assign daily tasks, set schedules, and evaluate performance.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage external contractors and vendors to ensure repair and service agreements are met.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules and comply with local building and safety codes.
