Role Purpose:

Responsible for end-to-end facility operations for the Indore office, ensuring efficient service delivery, vendor management, workplace support, maintenance, compliance, and a safe and positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end facility operations for Indore locations.
• Vendor management (housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, maintenance, etc.).
• Office administration and employee workplace support.
• Facility procurement, PO management, and budget tracking.
• Asset management and workspace planning.
• Building management and landlord coordination.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance management.
• Health, safety, and compliance-related activities.
• Support for audits, business continuity, and operational governance.
• Meeting room, event, and employee experience support.
• Coordination with IT, HR, Procurement, Security, and external service providers.
