Job Summary

Sukoon Health is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee end-to-end facility operations across psychiatric hospitals and rehabilitation centres. The role is responsible for managing housekeeping, security, food & beverage, laundry, liaison, and maintenance services, ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective, and patient-centric facility operations aligned with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping, security, F&B, laundry, liaison, and maintenance services within approved budgets
• Ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to defined turnaround times (TATs)
• Create and manage facility budgets, operational plans, and improvement initiatives
• Maintain financial and non-financial records related to facility operations
• Inspect buildings and infrastructure to identify repair, maintenance, or renovation needs
• Plan and coordinate installations, refurbishments, and facility upgrades
• Evaluate, onboard, and supervise in-house teams and outsourced service providers
• Manage maintenance of equipment and supplies in compliance with health and safety standards
• Monitor utilities consumption and implement cost-optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements

Key Requirements & Competencies

Education

• Graduate or Postgraduate qualification
• Hospitality, healthcare, or facilities management background preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in facilities management
• Experience managing outsourced service providers for housekeeping, security, F&B, laundry, and maintenance
• Experience in healthcare or hospital facilities preferred
