Facilities Manager / Operations Manager

Job Description:

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment using the ticketing and tasks system
• Maintain stock levels and parts within budget
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
• Ensuring satisfaction and happiness of team members
• Oversee security of buildings and grounds
• New Guest Welcome and register in System
• Outgoing Guest send off and inspection of Rooms

Skills:

• Experience as facilities manager or relevant position
• 5-6 years of work experience
• Good usage of computer with knowledge of excel
• Good communication skills
• Good leadership skills
