Job Summary

• Job Location: Nagawara, Bengaluru

• Shift Timings: 2 shifts only; 8AM -5 PM and 5PM to 2:00 AM
• Work Schedule: 6 Days/week

• Location: On-site -Bengaluru, KA

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility and administrative operations.
• Coordinate with facility vendors and service providers.
• Supervise housekeeping activities and maintain cleaning standards.
• Monitor manpower attendance, shift rosters and duty allocation.
• Monitor cafeteria services, food quality, hygiene and vendor performance.
• Coordinate client visits, meetings, conference rooms and hospitality arrangements.
• Manage visitor access and ensure compliance with workplace policies.
• Coordinate corporate events, decorations and event-related arrangements.
• Verify vendor bills and support billing and payment processes.
• Maintain facility records, checklists, service logs and compliance documents.
